It's still pretty manic. So much stuff to pack away and sort out and so many invites from family and friends . Thanks children for the Blanche House night out - excellent!! and the family gettogether on Sunday although the goodbyes were a bit emotional..Better done then than at Gatwick on Thursday. Had a brilliant last get together with my firm friends - I will miss you guys - at the preview of Rob's Camden Town Painters exhibition at the Tate on Monday . What a brilliant achievement. For those of you who can go and see it...the boy done good!! ( And the possibility of a link up with the tate in the months to come!! I also got a email from the amazing Gerrit and Emmy after nearly 10 years of not being in contact..now a promoter of the arts after primary headship

- 2007 was a time of decision. I retired from my headship at the end of February and Trudy resigned from her teaching post in December. We are both now V.S.O volunteers working in Guyana for the next 2 years
